1. the fan coil unit air volume is small.

In the process of air supply, the fan coil unit enters the air duct through the air return port, and then is blown to the coil by the fan and sent into the room. In order to ensure the quality of the air sent into the room, the filter screen will be installed in the air return port. The filter screen of the air return port will be cleaned regularly to prevent the small air output of the fan coil unit caused by blocking the filter screen. Generally, it is better to clean the filter screen once every season to avoid serious blockage and maintenance suffering.

2. fan coil unit operation noise is big

Fan coil units are usually noisy for the following reasons:
1) The shock absorption measures in the installation process are relatively poor, resulting in resonance during operation;
2) Foreign matter exists in the ventilation pipe;
3) The rotating blade of the fan is deformed or the bearing of the motor is damaged, resulting in a problem in the balance of the impeller;
In general, in case of the above three situations, it is necessary to dismantle the machine for inspection. It is not allowed to dismantle the machine without permission. Contact the installation personnel or the manufacturer for maintenance to avoid damaging other components caused by dismantling the machine without permission.

3. fan coil unit motor does not turn

First, turn on the power and check whether the fan coil unit power supply is normal. If there is no power output, check whether the power supply is faulty. Then check the speed regulating switch. If the above two situations are not the same, check whether the impeller is stuck. Because the fan coil unit has relatively small electric power, a little resistance may be stuck.  At this time, we need to observe and check in time.  Contact maintenance personnel immediately.

4. fan coil unit air volume is normal but temperature deviation

This kind of situation is aimed at the environment that has strict requirements on indoor temperature. Generally, high-density precision fan coil units are used for operation.  For our residential and office buildings, the indoor temperature deviation will not be too large, usually about 1-2 degrees, and will not be too large.  Fan coil unit is a common end product of central air conditioner, mainly composed of low noise motor and coil.  The fan cools or heats the indoor air or outdoor mixed air through the surface cooler and then sends the air into the room, thus changing the indoor air temperature to meet the temperature requirements of people.
