I.Main characteristics of air cooled chiller units
1. It is a central air conditioning unit with air as cold (heat) source and water as cold (heat) medium, that is, the condenser is a finned heat exchanger, and the evaporator is a heat exchanger for water and fluorine heat exchange applications, such as casing, shell and tube and plate heat exchanger.

2. As an integrated equipment with both cold and heat sources, air-cooled heat pump omits various auxiliary parts such as cooling tower, cooling water pump, boiler and corresponding pipeline system, which has simple system structure, saving installation space, convenient maintenance and management and saving energy, and is especially suitable for areas with water shortage.

3. Air-cooled heat pump units are usually heated in Leng Xia in winter, and have neither heating boiler nor heating network, or the heating time of the heating network is short and unstable, but they need to be given priority in the HVAC engineering design of air conditioning throughout the year.

4. The centralized and semi-centralized central air-conditioning system composed of fan coil units, air-conditioning boxes and other terminal devices has flexible layout and various control modes.

6.Applicable to environmental conditions. Refrigeration: the environmental working condition is 21℃~43℃, and the inlet and outlet temperature of refrigerant water is 12/7℃; The higher the outdoor ambient temperature, the worse the refrigeration effect. Heating: the environmental working condition is -15℃ (theoretically) ~20℃, and the inlet and outlet temperature of heat medium water is 40/45℃ (generally); The lower the outdoor ambient temperature, the worse the heating efficiency is.




II、The air-cooled chiller unit system principle.

1. The chilled water from the unit is delivered to the fan coil units in each room. After absorbing the heat of the room air, the water temperature rises, and then it is collected in the total return pipe, and the return water is delivered to the return port of the unit by chilled water pump.

2. After being cooled by the evaporator, it turns into chilled water for output, so that the heat in the room can be continuously absorbed and the air temperature in the room can be lowered.
