(1) Remove the baffle of air return outlet and dust filter screen, and flush the filter screen with a high-pressure water gun, so that the filter screen is free from dirt and dust.
(2) Remove the fan roller and its impeller in front of the fan correctly.
(3) Check whether the fan motor and capacitor are burnt out. If normal, clean the impeller and roller shell with a brush.
(4) SDP-01 fin water, which is non-corrosive to aluminum fins but can remove dust and dirt, is used to spray the fin water on the aluminum fins with a high-pressure cleaning machine, and then the fins are washed with the cleaning machine. (5) After the aluminum fins are cleaned (2-3 rows of small copper tubes in the fins can be seen), correctly install the fan motor and impeller in front of the central air-conditioning fan coil unit to make it completely restored.
(6) Clean the condensed water tray, and add three sterilization and algaecide tablets.
(7) Put the cleaned dust screen and baffle back in place.
(8) Remove the small Y filter of fan coil unit and clean it.
(9) Restore the environment.
