(1) conform to the GMP certification of production standards

According to the latest classification and definition of medical devices, the classification number of masks is 141400, which belongs to the protective articles for medical personnel and is Class II medical devices.  If mask production is to be carried out, corresponding design and research must be carried out to produce samples in conformity with GMP.

(2) 100,000 class aseptic clean workshop

Whether it is a medical cup-shaped protective mask or a disposable medical mask, the production environment must be 100,000 class (medical name: class d clean workshop) or above sterile clean workshop. this is a mandatory requirement of the state. the production environment must be dust-free and sterile. masks with special requirements must be produced within the specified constant temperature and humidity range.

(3) 14 days of natural analysis

After sterilization of the medical mask, it will take about 14 days for natural analysis to ensure that the residual ethylene oxide in the mask reaches the standard.  This is also one of the important reasons why it seems that mask factories have been producing masks in an urgent manner since February, but they are still "hard to find one mask".
